Our one-one-one test prep program is the most methodical and effective way to achieve the test scores you desire. You will be assigned two academic consultants, a verbal consultant and a math consultant. Each consultant has expertise in a specific area, and we match you with the right consultant based on your needs. Our SAT test prep program begins with a diagnostic test that will help determine your strengths and weaknesses. Your academic consultants will work with you to design a unique program that fits your needs. The length of the course depends on a variety of variables. Our SAT test prep program includes the Cram Crew Cram Manual Study Guide, which contains the course material the academic consultant will cover in sessions; including practice assignments, test strategies and skills development lessons. In addition, unlike any other test prep program we use retired SAT tests as a tool to help you prepare for test day.
The SAT Reasoning Test is an aptitude test used for admissions to colleges and universities. The SAT is composed of three sections: Critical Reading, Math and Writing. Each section of the SAT is scored on a scale of 200-800 points, with a perfect score being 2400. The essay component is scored on a scale of 2-12 and is factored into the overall Writing score. The SAT is 3 hours and 45 minutes long. In addition to the 9 sections, there is a 10th section that will not be factored into your score, but will be used by the College Board for research purposes. Each question with the SAT is ordered by difficulty, for exception of sentence completion. Any questions that go unanswered will not count against the student score.
