From our online application, subject-specific and consulting standards assessments, and in-depth interviews, we cover all our bases. There is only a 40% pass rate for each of our assessments.
Your student's safety is our top priority. Once an applicant passes with a clean background check and stellar references, they move forward to training.
Consultant training is approximately 35 hours of direct work with a trainer. It covers the content, assessment, and teaching of subject-specific material.
At the end of the training, they must undergo one final evaluation called a “Teach Back” where a session is simulated and reviewed by office staff.
